Wonderful news!

Wonderful news! CivTech was recently re-selected for the City of Phoenix Small Business Enterprise (SBE) Engineering/Consulting On-Call Services 2012-2014 Contract. We look forward to again working with the City and would also like to extend a congratulations to all of the other firms selected.

Did you know that CivTech assisted the ADOT New Products Committee with the evaluation of products to be implemented on state highways and local street projects? Products evaluated were thermoplastic and temporary paint pavement marking products,HPS and LED luminaires, LED sign lighting, video detection systems, control cabinets, sign posts and reflective guardrail markers.

CivTech has started work on a new Design Build project with the Ak-Chin Indian Community.

CivTech has started work on a new Design Build project with the Ak-Chin Indian Community. A new entertainment complex is breaking ground in November of this year including a movie theater and bowling alley just south of the City of Maricopa. CivTech is assisting with internal site circulation and traffic signal design and signing and pavement marking along SR-347. The project is currently underway and foundations have already been poured. Take a drive to the Harrah’s Ak-Chin Casino and check out the progress.

The design is moving forward

The design is moving forward for the City of Scottsdale Mustang Transit Center project, and CivTech is excited to be a part of this team! The project will include improvements to 90th Street south of Shea Boulevard for a roundabout at the Mustang Library Entrance, a traffic signal at the main entrance to the Scottsdale Healthcare Shea Hospital, and bus pull outs (mini transit center). CivTech is providing the traffic signal design, roadway lighting analysis and design, and roadway signing/pavement marking design services in conjunction with the 90th Street improvements. We look forward to working closely with our team members – DFDG, Kland Civil Engineers, RTE, J2 Engineering and Environmental Design.
